Portrait Tattoos

Portrait tattoos are the ultimate way to honor someone or something in your life, whether that’s a relative, movie character, pet, statue, historical figure, etc. The list goes on and on. Wanting to carry that on your body forever is something special. Capturing that and bringing it to life is my job as your tattoo artist and is something I have immense pride in.

What to Know About Portrait Tattoos

No matter how many sessions it takes me to do, I will never rush the tattoo, and if it requires extra work outside of the budget on my part, then I won’t be upset about it. In any portrait, the eyes, nose, and mouth are the main points of interest. Because they hold so much significance, they’re the areas that take up the most time — not only during the tattoo session but also in the design phase. There’s a balance to enhancing the person or animal’s features while also keeping it true to the original. If we go overboard with edits, the portrait tattoo will look like an entirely different person. As your portrait tattoo artist, I don’t mind spending a little extra time on my part to get it dialed in as precise as possible! Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
